All-American Quinoa Chili Fries

Ingredients
1 loving cup dried quinoa, cooked according to package
3 Tbs olive stone oil (or your favorite cooking oil)
2 tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
pinch crimson pepper flakes
a few twists fresh dark pepper
4-5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 bunch (8 or so) light-green onions, chopped (save tops for garnish)
1 poblano pepper, seeded together with chopped
1 crimson or orangish bell pepper, seeded together with chopped
1 fifteen oz. tin or ane 1/2 c cooked crimson or kidney beans, rinsed together with drained
1 fifteen oz. tin or ane 1/2 c cooked dark beans, rinsed together with drained
1 Tbs depression sodium soy sauce or tamari
2 fifteen oz. cans diced no tabular array salt added tomatoes
1 six oz. tin no tabular array salt added tomato plant paste
1 Tbs maple syrup (or your favorite sweetener)
2 Tbs crimson cooking wine
1/2 tsp salt
1 c water

Instructions
  1. Cook the quinoa together with laid aside. Prep the veggies spell the quinoa cooks.
