Salted Caramel Chocolate Mug Cake


1/4 loving cup chocolate chips
1/3 loving cup milk
2 T caramel syrup
1/4 loving cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 TBSP sugar
2 TBSP vegetable oil
