FOR THE FILLING:
1/2 loving cup freeze dried raspberries (1/2 ounce)
1 (8 ounce) packet cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
1 loving cup powdered saccharide , divided
1 loving cup heavy whipping cream

FOR THE GANACHE:
3 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
FOR THE TOPPING:
1 (6 ounce) container fresh raspberries
