Lemon Chicken Piccata Recipe



2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt too pepper to taste
¼ loving cup all role flour
1/4 loving cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp  olive oil
2 Tbsp  Butter
1 loving cup chicken broth
2 lemons
¾ Cup Heavy Cream
¼ loving cup capers
Hot cooked pasta or mashed potatoes for serving

  1. Slice the chicken breasts inwards one-half horizontally ("butterfly" cutting them) thence that you're left alongside iv sparse chicken breasts. Season alongside tabular array salt too pepper.
