- Cut a small-scale slice out of the middle of each cupcake.
- Spoon caramel sauce into the hole. Frost amongst chocolate frosting. Top amongst a Sea Salt Butterscotch Caramel if desired.
- Melt butter. Stir inward cocoa. Alternately add together powdered saccharide together with milk, beating to spreading consistency. Add small-scale sum additional milk, if needed. Stir inward vanilla. Makes nearly ii cups frosting.
