- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin amongst liners or grease amongst non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the oatmeal, applesauce, milk, egg, vanilla, butter together with sugar. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, tabular array salt together with cranberries or raisins.

- Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted inwards the centre comes out clean. Don't overbake or the muffins volition hold out dry. Remove them to a cooling rack. Cool completely earlier freezing inwards a ziplock freezer bag.
